Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no additional shipping charges. Yasmin Boutique currently ships exclusively within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) begin processing the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 3 to 8 business days — a total of 4 to 11 business days from purchase to arrival.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@yasmin-boutique.com with your order number and reason — once approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions. Returns are sent to Rhosili Rd, Northampton NN4 7JE, United Kingdom, and we charge no restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP), and prices are inclusive of applicable VAT for customers within the UK — the total shown at checkout is the final amount you'll be charged, with no hidden fees.
