Shipping

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to additional destinations in the future — stay tuned for updates.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–11 business days from the date of purchase. Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for the tracking information to become active.
If your order has not arrived within 3 business days after the estimated total delivery time (i.e., more than 14 business days from the order date), please contact us at support@yasmin-boutique.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund or a free reshipment at no additional cost.
For larger orders, items may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. If part of your order hasn't arrived, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the remaining packages to be delivered. If they still have not arrived after that window, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Orders

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@yasmin-boutique.com. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process instead. See our Refund Policy for more information.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@yasmin-boutique.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging. Without photographic evidence we cannot guarantee a resolution, but once reviewed we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please reach out to us immediately at support@yasmin-boutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will ship the correct item to you and cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or monitor settings. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal. There are no restocking fees. For full details, visit our Refund Policy.
Step 1. Email support@yasmin-boutique.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged. Step 2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Step 3. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Step 4. Ship the item to our Returns & Fulfillment Center at 4575 Pleasant Hill Rd, Memphis, TN 38118. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those situations we will cover all return shipping costs in full.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after that, please check your bank account, then contact your card provider, and then reach out to us at support@yasmin-boutique.com.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the item you want through our website. This is the fastest way to get the right item to you.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Yasmin Boutique does not store your full payment details on our servers. For more information, visit our Payment Policy.
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. By completing checkout, you authorize Yasmin Boutique to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
No hidden fees. All product prices are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout — including any applicable tax — is the exact amount you will be charged.
1. Verify that your card details, billing address, and available balance are all correct. 2. Contact your bank or payment provider to check for any restrictions on your account. 3. Try an alternative payment method at checkout. If the issue continues, please contact us at support@yasmin-boutique.com and we will do our best to help.
