Customer Service Support
Customer Service Support
As part of our Customer Service Support team, you'll be one of the first people our customers hear from. You'll help with questions about orders, sizing, delivery, and returns — with warmth, patience, and a genuine wish to help. This role is fully remote within the UK, so you can work from wherever you're comfiest.
What you'll do
- Reply to customer emails and messages clearly, warmly, and on time
- Help sort out order, sizing, delivery, and return questions from start to finish
- Spot little problems early and flag them so we can put them right
- Keep our help content friendly and up to date
What we're looking for
- Lovely written and spoken English
- Calm, kind, and genuinely helpful, even on a busy day
- A good eye for detail and sensible judgement
- Comfortable working independently from home

Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key part of the team that keeps our customers happy. You'll handle enquiries end to end, help resolve the occasional hiccup, and make sure every person who gets in touch feels heard. This is a hybrid role — some days from home, some from our office in Wolverhampton — so you get the best of both.
What you'll do
- Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, start to finish
- Resolve order, delivery, and return issues with care
- Work alongside the wider team on busier days
- Help us keep improving how we look after customers
What we're looking for
- Warm, confident communication skills
- Well organised, with a good eye for detail
- A calm, can-do attitude and a team spirit
- Based in or near Wolverhampton and happy to work partly on-site
